  2. Have achieved at least a 7.5 (or a comparable grade by agreement) in specific subjects.
  3. Have excellent communication skills and can explain complex concepts clearly.
  4. Are motivated to help others and derive energy from sharing knowledge.
  5. Reliable and professional in handling their commitments and responsibilities.
